Users may request deletion of their Xamantha account and associated data at any time.
To request deletion
- Send an email to: support@xamantha.com
- Include your registered email address
- Account deletion will be processed within 30 days.

- Profile information
- Saved addresses
- Messages
- Uploaded photos
- Device identifiers
Data that may be retained
- Transaction and payment records required by law
- Fraud prevention records
- Legal compliance data
Retention period for mandatory records: up to X years in accordance with applicable laws.
